Every course is practical, small-group and built around the people in the room. We train at your own premises, or arrange a local venue anywhere in the North East of Scotland.

First Aid at Work

3 days (18 hours) Up to 12 learners

The full workplace qualification for nominated first aiders in higher-risk environments such as workshops, energy sites, warehousing and manufacturing.

Suited to: Businesses needing designated first aiders under HSE guidance.

Emergency First Aid at Work

1 day (6 hours) Up to 12 learners

A single-day qualification covering the emergency skills most workplaces need, delivered on your premises with minimal disruption.

Suited to: Offices, shops, hospitality, small teams and lone workers.

Paediatric First Aid

1 or 2 days (6 or 12 hours) Up to 12 learners

Child and infant first aid for anyone caring for young people — meeting the requirements of childcare settings and Care Inspectorate expectations.

Suited to: Nurseries, childminders, schools, sports coaches, parents and grandparents.

First Aid at Work Requalification

2 days (12 hours) Up to 12 learners

A two-day refresher that renews an in-date First Aid at Work qualification, updating practical skills and confirming readiness to act as a workplace first aider for a further three years.

Suited to: Current first aiders whose First Aid at Work certificate is due to expire within 3 months or has expired within the last 28 days.
